The Bible: The Bible is the inspired Word of God, the source of absolute truth.
God: God is an eternal triune being (Father, Son, and Holy Spirit), the all powerful
creator and sustainer of the universe.
Jesus: Jesus was God the Son in the flesh, the promised Christ, miraculously conceived and
bord of a virgin. He lived a sinless life, died for the sins of the world, rose from the
dead, and ascended into heaven. One day he will return to judge the living and the dead.
The Holy Spirit: The Holy Spirit draws people to Jesus and indwells believers,
empowering, convicting, and teaching them. Those who are filled with (or controlled by)
the Spirit will manifest the fruit of the Spirit.
Salvation: Christ's sacrificial death is God's only provision for our sin. We are
saved by grace through faith in Christ's finished work.
Immortality: We are triune beings. Only the body dies. The soul and spirit live
forever. God invites us to spend eternity with him, but only those who accept Jesus Christ
as Savior and Lord will live in God's peaceful presence.
Ministry: Every follower of Jesus is a minister, gifted by God and called to serve
him by serving others. One of the best ways to fulfill our calling is by getting involved in
the ministry or the local church.
